Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of windows, doors, and related fixtures by preparing materials and supporting the lead installers
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble components according to project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as glass panels, framing components, and cabinetry to support installation tasks
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing tools, and setting up scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and construction painting techniques to finish installations professionally
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in remodeling projects is preferred but not required; we value eagerness to learn!
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing, carpentry, and fixture installation is highly desirable
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights when necessary
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
