Join our Exchange Street team in Middlebury, VT as a**Forklift Operator
II**and help maintain the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of
materials throughout warehouse, production, and shipping operations.
This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who
takes pride in safe equipment operation, organized inventory movement,
and supporting daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, clear
communication, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to
keeping materials moving where they are neededon time and with accuracy.
**Schedule: Flexible 8-hour workday, Monday-Friday**
**Pay Range**
**\$22.50-\$25.00 per hour**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods,
packaging, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Support loading, unloading, staging, product rotation, and shipment
readiness for production and shipping needs.
- Complete warehouse records, inventory transactions, and required
documentation accurately.
- Communicate material needs, shipment priorities, staging concerns,
and inventory issues to warehouse leadership.
- Help maintain safe traffic patterns, organized storage areas, clean
workspaces, and dependable daily workflow.
