Love skiing and sharing that passion with others? Join our team as a Ski Instructor! We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and creating unforgettable experiences on the mountain. You'll teach guests of all ages and ability levels in a safe, supportive, and fun environment while helping build confidence and a love for snow sports.
We're looking for applicants who are at least 16 years old, have skiing experience, and have strong communication and customer service skills. Teaching experience and ski certification are a plus, but they're not required. New instructors will complete a four-day in-person training clinic, and all full-time instructors must be available during our key holiday periods: December 27–31, January 16–17, February 13–14, and February 16–19 for full-time instructors.
