Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Barre, VT. This position supports the planning and execution of environmental and industrial service projects, including spill response, remediation, and cleaning operations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, tracking job progress, and communicating with field crews, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of work. The Project Coordinator assists with organizing equipment and material needs, maintaining project documentation, and supporting compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with field teams, clients, and vendors.
- Basic understanding of environmental services, industrial operations, or emergency response (spill response experience is a plus).
