Role: The Clinical Manager oversees and supervises programs within SUD, providing leadership to clinicians, coordinators, and case managers to ensure accessible, timely, and flexible services in community, home, and office settings.
Responsibilities Include
- Managing program operations, tracking quality measures, and ensuring adherence to KPIs.
- Providing direct supervision, performance management, and staff development, including hiring and onboarding.
- Delivering assessment, individual and group therapy for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Collaborating with community partners, facilitating referrals, and developing programs to meet community needs.
- Offering consultation and education to community agencies and professionals.
- Maintaining thorough clinical and administrative records to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field with experience working with children and families.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Vermont licensure as a Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional.
- Valid driver’s license.
