You will serve as a premier field leader, driving the successful execution of high-end residential window and door replacement projects across the region. How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead the on-site removal and premium installation of residential exterior windows and doors.
- Manage field installation workflows to ensure strict adherence to company quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and respectfully with homeowners daily.
- Supervise and coach installation team members to maintain efficient and safe job sites.
- Resolve real-time technical carpentry and installation challenges to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain safety protocols by utilizing provided protective equipment and following lead-safe practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated carpentry experience.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Age 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Absolute willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours across the service territory.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of general construction and advanced finish carpentry experience.
- Trade program completion or a relevant technical certification.
- Prior experience or existing certification in Lead-Safe work practices.
