Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing home health visits to adult and geriatric patients.
- Responsibilities: Assist clients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and delegated interventions by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Key duties: Perform home visits within designated territories, follow treatment plans, and support patient recovery and independence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure or certification in Vermont.
- Graduate of a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of work experience under a qualified Physical Therapist’s supervision.
- Strong communication, compassion, and reliability.
