We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred; new graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized OT treatment plans
- Select activities to promote residents' independent daily functioning
- Observe, assess, and document progress through detailed reports
- Maintain confidentiality and foster a cooperative healthcare team environment
