We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for students in a school setting, with potential positions available as School Nurses.
Key responsibilities include delivering nursing care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, personal care, and diabetic management. The role may involve riding the bus with the patient.
Qualifications include a current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Prior experience as an LVN/LPN is preferred.
