We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance across our facility.

Key responsibilities include:

Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing components such as pumps, heavy equipment, hydraulic and electrical systems, conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings.
Documenting work performed and conditions found using maintenance software.
Operating tools, forklifts, heavy equipment, and aerial lifts.
Interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Adhering to safety policies, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in electrical troubleshooting, control voltages, and VFDs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in varied conditions with PPE.
High School diploma or GED, with basic computer skills.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Strong planning, scheduling, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Forklift operation, leadership, CMMS experience (e.g., SAP), and maintenance technical degrees.
Experience with inventory systems and repairing pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical assemblies.
