Position(s) available:
Responsibilities for a Cook:
- Review and prepare meals in accordance with planned menus
- Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties etc.
- Maintain kitchen, food storage and preparation areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition always
- Ensure all food procedures and safety regulations are followed in accordance with established policies
- Assist in inventory and storing food supplies as necessary
- May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications for a Cook:
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Ability to comply with departmental safety policies and procedures
- Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements of the position
