Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated leader with 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a Managing Associate role currently who has the ambition to:
- Recruit, mentor, and train incoming Financial Advisors
- Support and collaborate with the current Managing Director
- Play a key role in the growth and development of the Vermont office

What You’ll Do
- Recruit and attract high-potential Advisor candidates to the Vermont office
- Mentor, coach, and train incoming Advisors through their early career stages
- Support the Managing Director with office growth initiatives and culture-building
- Continue to grow your own client base and advisory practice
- Build your own teaming vision
What It Takes
- 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Management/Career Development role in the Financial Industry
- Strong leadership ambition with a passion for mentorship and development
- High drive, self-motivation, and competitive spirit
- Ability to influence, coach, and inspire others
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (licenses/registrations required or obtainable)
