Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, MLOps, and cloud-native AI platforms, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for business-critical applications.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop and implement Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Create end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver AI-driven products.
- Lead model experimentation, performance tuning, and validation activities.
- Develop AI services and APIs for enterprise applications.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy and architecture decisions.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in AI/ML engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
