Annual Salary: $65,000- $75,000
Bonus Eligibility: Store Manager Bonus Program
Sanel NAPA is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail and wholesale automotive parts environment. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing team members, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing overall store performance.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, builds high-performing teams, and knows how to balance customer service, operations, and profitability. Previous Auto Parts Store Management preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail and wholesale environment
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Maintain strong inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
- Ensure store merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
- Manage scheduling, payroll, labor costs, and controllable expenses
- Partner with leadership to execute sales initiatives and business plans
- Support business development and help grow wholesale accounts
- Maintain safety, compliance, and company operational standards
- Oversee store P&L performance and identify opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, automotive, or related industry
- Automotive parts experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong business acumen with experience driving sales and profitability
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
