Northlands Job Corps is seeking a Career Preparation Period Instructor
to support students as they begin their Job Corps journey. This position
provides engaging orientation and instruction on center life,
expectations, available resources, and the skills students need to
successfully transition into the program.
The CPP Instructor administers assessments, evaluates student progress,
maintains appropriate records, and helps students establish a strong
foundation for success at Job Corps.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to engage and work effectively with young people from
diverse backgrounds.
