Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for high-quality diagnostic imaging.
- Operate digital imaging equipment to complete exams accurately and efficiently.
- Follow ALARA radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff.
- Document and manage exam results in PACS/EHR systems with accuracy.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and providers to support patient care.
- Support emergency and inpatient imaging needs as part of a care team.
- Educate patients with compassion and provide clear, patient-centered guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in operating radiology/digital imaging equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety practices (ALARA).
