Seeking a compassionate
Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. You will partner with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patients recovering from surgery, illness, or chronic conditions.
Key Duties
- Deliver direct nursing care and monitor patient condition
- Assess needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate outcomes
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective care
- Administer medications and treatments per standards and physician orders
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused communication and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple patient needs while ensuring safe care
