Responsibilities:Product Design & UX
- Design intuitive workflows across budgeting, grants, reporting, analytics, and AI agents.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished user experiences.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing.
- Own design systems and UX standards.
Growth & Adoption
- Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Design in-product growth loops and expansion opportunities.
- Run experiments and A/B tests.
- Analyze user behavior and identify friction points.
Product Management
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements.
- Prioritize roadmap opportunities with engineering leadership.
- Write product specs and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate releases and feature launches.
AI-Powered Execution
- Leverage AI tools to dramatically increase productivity.
- Build prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.
- Generate research summaries, user insights, and product documentation.
- Use AI to accelerate design, testing, and iteration cycles.
What We're Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in product design, product management, growth, or a combination of these areas.
- Strong visual design and UX instincts.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions from data.
- Exceptional written communication.
Bonus Points
- Experience building AI products.
- Experience with B2B SaaS.
- Experience in education, government, nonprofit, or public sector technology.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or similar platforms.
Success Metrics
Within the first 12 months, you will:
- Increase user activation and engagement.
- Improve onboarding completion rates.
- Launch and iterate on key product experiences.
- Reduce customer-reported friction points.
- Help drive expansion and retention across existing accounts.
