We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized OT treatment plans
- Select activities to promote residents’ independence in daily living
- Observe, assess, and document therapy progress with detailed reports
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
