BROC Community Action is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper with the possibility to grow into a full-time position to join our team and help keep the financial side of our mission strong. What You'll Do
You’ll be an important part of our Finance team, supporting:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger activities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Financial recordkeeping and documentation
- Grant-related accounting and expense tracking
- Monthly close and audit preparation
What We're Looking For
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team with a positive collaborative attitude
- Experience with Sage Intacct software preferred
- Nonprofit or grant accounting experience

Part-Time | 15–25 hours/week | $23-$25/hr to start | Location: Rutland, VT
