We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a skilled nursing facility, offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Requirements Include
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current New York State PT License
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting preferred; new graduates with relevant fieldwork are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop rehabilitation plans
- Relieve pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching
- Assist residents with tasks and monitor performance
- Supervise physical therapy assistants
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
